The Court has not yet approved the proposed class-action settlement concerning 2011 Washable Colored Bubbles, so the claims process has not begun.

The claims process will begin if the court enters a final approval order following a hearing scheduled to occur on April 24, 2012. Please do not contact Crayola about the proposed settlement before April 24, 2012.
