We'd like to see your baby’s firsts on film—first steps, first words, first scribbles on paper, first time using a fork or spoon—any first moment, no matter how spectacular or silly it may be!

We've created a 'Baby’s Firsts' music video on YouTube and we need your help. If you've posted a 'baby’s first' video on YouTube.com, tag it with Crayola Beginnings and your child could be one of the stars of our video. After you’ve tagged your video, be sure to complete the submission release form below.

We'll be selecting several videos submitted by parents like you to be part of our Crayola Beginnings 'Baby’s Firsts' music video. You can watch the community-built video grow by visiting our Crayola Beginnings Channel, where we'll be posting the video in stages as it's created. Check back as often as you’d like, and witness the whole production process for yourself.

Terms & Conditions:	Image and Video Agreement and Release For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself and all other persons creating or appearing in images and video submitted by me, hereby irrevocably and absolutely grant and assign Crayola, LLC and its agency to Porter Novelli ("Agency"), their respective representatives, parents, subsidiaries, division, affiliates, agencies, licenses, successors, and assigns, the right and authority to use my name, likeness, image and all submitted images and / or recordings made of me, and/or by me or my child, and reproductions thereof, for any purpose, including without limitation advertising and promotion of Crayola, LLC products and services, in any manner in perpetuity. I agree as follows: 1. I understand and acknowledge that no payments will be due me or any other person in or responsible for the image or video on account of any such use. I acknowledge that neither Agency nor Crayola, LLC has any obligation to use my image or video. 2. I agree that any and all media in which my image is used, including Crayola.com, are owned by Crayola, LLC, including the copyright therein. 3. Agency and Crayola, LLC shall have the right to use the image or video without approval from me or any other person and shall have no liability for any distortion or illusionary effect resulting from the use of the image(s) or video(s) for any costs or expenses incurred by me by reason of any use thereof or by reason of my participation herein. 4. I voluntarily release Agency and Crayola, LLC from and against any and all claims, injury, losses, liabilities, demands, causes of action, costs and expenses, whatsoever that I or my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns ever had, now have, or may hereafter have by any reason, whatsoever, arising out of the use of the image or video. 5. I represent and warrant that I am authorized to sign this release on behalf of all persons creating or appearing in my image or video and have obtained written releases from them in the same form as this Release. I agree to provide to Crayola LLC any written documents required to verify compliance with these terms. I agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Agency and Crayola, LLC for any losses or liabilities arising out of the use of the image or video and likenesses of the people pictured therein, for any reason including claims or lawsuits based on violations of the right of publicity or right of privacy or copyright infringement. I represent and warrant that the image is my child’s original work and does not violate any law, regulation or right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, or the rights of publicity or privacy 6. I affirm that I have no prior employment in the motion picture or broadcast commercial industries prior to the date of the execution of this Agreement and Release. 7. I acknowledge that I am 18 years old or order and have read the terms of this Crayola.com First on Film Image and Video Agreement and Release and understand the terms contained herein. I understand that the provisions of the Agreement and Release are legally binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
