Terms and Conditions

To obtain Crayola’s Free Zoo/Aquarium Kids Pass, consumers simply purchase a specially-marked package of any of the following Crayola products at a participating retailer, while supplies last:

How to Redeem Your Free Kids Pass:

A free* kids’ zoo pass sticker will appear on specially-marked packages of Crayola products. There are two options for redeeming this free* kids’ zoo pass:

Redemption Option 1
Cut the sticker off the Crayola package and bring it to any participating zoo or aquarium.

Redemption Option 2
Bring the entire Crayola package (with Zoo sticker attached) PLUS a downloaded voucher to any participating zoo or aquarium.

To use this voucher you must:
  1. Print the downloaded voucher (in colour or black and white)
  2. Cut out the voucher along the dotted lines
  3. Bring the voucher AND the Crayola product packaging (with complete free* kids’ zoo pass sticker attached), to the admissions gate of any participating zoo/aquarium.
  4. Present both the voucher and the Crayola product package to the admissions agent. The admissions agent will retain the printed voucher, will void the on-pack sticker, and will return the Crayola package to you.
  5. Upon payment for one regular adult admission, you will receive one free child admission.
  6. Voided stickers cannot be used again with another downloaded voucher. One use only.

With either redemption option, the following Terms and Conditions apply:

  • One free child* admission will be granted to a Crayola ZooPass sticker holder, when the child is accompanied by a regular fare-paying adult.
  • For this promotion, a child* is generally defined as ages 4-12, but this definition may vary among participating locations.
  • The sticker must be presented to the admissions officer at the time of entry into a participating zoo/aquarium and cannot be redeemed for online ticket purchases.
  • Offer expires at end of season 2009, as defined by each location, or on Dec 31, 2009, which ever comes first.
  • Coupons/Vouchers submitted become the property of the participating zoo or Aquarium.
  • No facsimiles. It is unlawful to reproduce these stickers, in whole or in part.
  • One child admission per regular fare-paying adult.
  • Not valid with any other offers, season pass, or other discount coupon.
  • Provincial law may require the zoo/aquarium to charge the applicable tax on a child admission price before the reduction in sticker offer value. Taxes are included in the face value of the sticker offer where applicable.
  • Neither the sticker offer nor the free child admission are redeemable for cash.

Crayola Canada and participating zoos and aquariums reserve the right to refuse to accept Zoo Passes they believe to be fraudulent, or obtained under fraudulent circumstances.

All promotional activities are subject to applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws.

Please note that neither Crayola Canada, nor CAZA (the Canadian Association of Zoos and Aquariums), nor participating zoos and aquariums shall bear liability for any property damage, personal injury or misfortune in any way attributable to participation in the free Crayola Zoo/Aquarium child admission promotion.
