- Where do I get my free kids’ pass?
- Crayola free* kids’ zoo passes can be found at the following retailers, while supplies last:
- WalMart
- Loblaws
- Staples
- Zellers
- Toys R Us
- Shoppers Drug Mart
- London Drugs
These passes can be found on packages of specially marked Crayola products, beginning approximately March 2, 2009. See Terms and Conditions page for a complete list of participating products.
- How do I redeem my free kids’ pass?
- A) Purchase any of the specially-marked Crayola products listed on the terms and conditions page.
- B) Cut off the ZooPass sticker, or download a voucher AND bring the complete specially-marked package (with complete ZooPass sticker still affixed) to any participating zoo/aquarium. Download the voucher at the following link: Download Voucher
- Does an Adult get in Free?
- No. A child (ages 12 and under) will receive free admission with the purchase of a regularly-priced adult admission.
- Where are the Zoo’s/Aquariums located?

- Can I just photocopy the sticker?
- No. An original sticker cut from the package or the actual package with the sticker still affixed must be presented at the admissions gate of the zoo or aquarium. Both redemption options listed on the terms and conditions page require an original sticker to be presented to admission staff at time of entry.
- Do I have to cut the sticker off of the product package, to use the Zoo/Aquarium Pass?
- No. You have two options for redeeming the pass. See the Terms and Conditions for more information.
- Can I get more than one (1) free child admission with a sticker?
- A) No. Only one free* child admission is offered with each sticker (when accompanied by a regular adult admission). Each sticker is valid once and will be marked by staff as invalid upon admission. Submitted stickers/vouchers become the property of the zoo/aquarium upon redemption.
- B) Multiple passes can be acquired by purchasing multiple Crayola products. There is a limit of one (1) free child admission per adult paid admission.
- What happens if I throw out the package by mistake?
- Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost or misplaced stickers.
