Asparagus reminds me of the way the woods look when I get up before anyone else in the campground and sit outside with my cup of coffee enjoying the peace and quiet of the outdoors. Being a vegetarian, I like choosing a color that represents one of my favorite vegetables. If Broccoli had been a choice, I would have chosen that. Asparagus is one of the only vegetables that I ever learned to like, and this is an even-keel green no matter how you use it.
