Blue violet is rich and peaceful and I never tire of seeing it. Nature is full of this color which is also very appealing to me. I love the tone of this color. Shades of blue make me calm. The added violet makes the blue come alive. I've always liked deep, rich blues and purples. Probably it came from watching too many early-Technicolor movies too young, but wherever the urge came from, I wanted all my colors to be rich and vibrant. Or maybe I thought that if I used those colors, I could grow up to be rich and vibrant. Anyway, blue violet is the classic deep blue that I used to wish the sky could be all the time. It's a color that suggests promise and peace to me.
