The name is odd, but the hue of blue is beautiful.
It is clear and makes you think of gorgeous blue water, warm sand, soft breezes.... Cerulean is a hearty blue which I feel is the happiest shade of blue - a laughing eyes blue. I liked changing this color over from white. It was so pretty to watch it take it's color and once it got there, I just marveled at how pretty the blue came through. Probably the best blue in the whole box!
