I'm sure I love plum because I know deep down that I should be treated like royalty, and I figured as a kid that if I drew with it enough, I would be. Then again, it could just be that it's a beautiful color. Whatever my deep-seated psychological reasons are, it's a fact that plum is the third-most used, broken, and lost crayon in my crayon boxes, after macaroni and cheese and blue-violet. The color makes me smile because it brings to mind so many luscious fruits. I love how the color blends and is so compatable to so many other colors. I choose plum because it is a cool deep color that lets you relax and I would like my room to be this color.
