Colorful stories:
Plum is the color of my deepest daydreams. Plum is the absolute escape from negativity, for it combines the negative extremes (Red-Anger..Blue-Depressed) When they come together in just the right mixture...it creates a bittersweet escape and mystical mood....relieving you from those negative stresses...taking you far away. No other color does it so well. Not to a tropical place...or a snowy place...or a firery place, or a wet place. Plum takes you to the unimaginable place of the universe and your soul. The closest place to plum on Earth would have to be Sweden. Sweden is the absolute most beautiful place on Earth...and though I've never been...when one day, I can erase the red and blue from my life..I'll have a one-way free falling ticket into the plum desires of the beautiful Sweden skies!

I'm sure I love plum because I know deep down that I should be treated like royalty, and I figured as a kid that if I drew with it enough, I would be. Then again, it could just be that it's a beautiful color. Whatever my deep-seated psychological reasons are, it's a fact that plum is the third-most used, broken, and lost crayon in my crayon boxes, after macaroni and cheese and blue-violet.

The color makes me smile because it brings to mind so many luscious fruits. I love how the color blends and is so compatable to so many other colors.
