Maybe it's my age, like the poem about wearing purple when an old lady...but purple is bright, regal and just makes me feel good. The boldness of the purple is refreshing, as opposed to all of the pastel, eastery purples. This colour reminds me of my house at school and the people that I have met there and the times that we spent together. The name purple heart also allows me to feel comfortable in this new place, that I call my own.
