I have just always loved purple. It is kind of a joke between my dad and me that I always get at least one purple birthday present and the flowers on my cake are usually purple! Vivid violet is no shinking violet...so it has my vote. Bold, wild, it shouts from the rooftops and the coloring page, "look at me." My mother's eyes are this exact shade. Just looking at it brings me back to my childhood. I used to look up at her face and see the love shining in her eyes. It always made me feel so warm and protected.
