Alliteration makes this Crayola crayon color name fun to roll off of your tongue; it looks great with asparagus and reminds me of one of my identical twin aunts, Violet. Because it stands out - but yet it's not too bold or bright. I love all colors of purple, this color of purple is my mom's favorite colors. I also always see this color in sunsets, which is one of my favorite things to see.
