Whether you're Irish or just like green, celebrate the color in its most natural form with a clover-shaped collage.
"The children found dandelion leaves and a moss-covered rock. What a nice way to welcome spring."
- Marjorie K., home-school parent of children ages 4 and 7.
"This all-green collage was the perfect fit for a St. Patrick's Day project that included science."
- Stan P., neighborhood center volunteer.
Did you ever wonder why ribbons are awarded in blue for 1st place, red for 2nd, yellow for 3rd, and green for 4th place? One theory is that the blue represents the sky, red is next as the sun, yellow is for the stars thought to be below the sun, and green is last for the grass.
