Crayola is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hallmark Cards of Kansas City, Missouri. Crayola plays an integral role in the Hallmark business as the personal development leg of Hallmark’s strategic platform.

Headquartered in Easton, Pennsylvania, Crayola is a highly independent operation, with onsite management of marketing, sales, operations & manufacturing, finance, research & development, Internet services, customer service, consumer affairs and corporate communication activities. Sales offices in Easton, Chicago and Dallas service accounts across the country.

Crayola also has International marketing, sales, service and distribution operations in Lindsay, Ontario, Canada, Mexico City, Mexico and Victoria, NSW, Australia. Crayola is sold through distributor partners in much of Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

U.S. Business Structure

U.S. Marketing and Sales
Bringing innovative, safe, high-quality, colorful and fun products to consumers across the U.S. is the central role of Crayola’s Marketing & Sales Division. This division is responsible for all domestic marketing and sales activities. Activities within this group include product category marketing, marketing services, sales, research & development, licensing & co-branding and Internet services.

Operations
The Operations Division is responsible for the sourcing, manufacturing and distribution of Crayola products in the U.S. Crayola makes many of its products in the USA at three facilities in the Lehigh Valley of eastern Pennsylvania. In addition to manufacturing, the Operations division includes supply chain, procurement, distribution & logistics, quality assurance, customer service and engineering.

Global Information & Financial Solutions
Global Information & Financial Services provides an array of financial and information technology services to help Crayola meet its objectives. By managing our internal and external information needs, proactively planning and tracking our financial performance and offering in-depth fiscal analysis and tools, this division is vital in meeting Crayola’s short- and long-term goals.

Human Resources
Across all our divisions, our people are our greatest asset. With wide-ranging activities including staffing, training & development, performance management, compensation and benefits, health and safety, corporate communications, government affairs, office services and The Crayola FACTORY, the Human Resources division plays the central role in managing and enhancing the company's relationships with its employees, the community and government officials.
