Cut and Torn Frames

Why

Amaze your Mom on Mother’s Day with a hand-colored photo framed in shockingly bright Crayola Neon Color Explosion® designs! Crayola.com’s Lights, Camera, Color lets you create custom coloring pages to design and frame.

Steps

1. Design the hand-colored photo! Take a photo with a digital camera or choose a photo that’s already on your computer.

2. Ask an adult to help you upload the photo to the Lights, Camera, Color! feature at the Crayola.com Play Zone. Use the code from a specially-marked box of Crayola Crayons to print your photo.

3. Color the photo using your favorite Crayola art supplies.

4. Create the frame! Use Crayola Scissors to trim the hand-colored photo to fit on a piece of Neon Color Explosion Paper. Use a glue stick to attach the photo page to the paper. Design around the photo with Neon Color Explosion Markers. Crayola Neon Color Explosion lets you create shockingly bright colors on colored paper.

5. Have fun making your favorite designs on the front and back of another piece of Neon Color Explosion Paper using Neon Color Explosion Markers.

6. Tear or cut the designed paper into smaller pieces.

7. Attach the pieces around the photo with a glue stick.
