Why

All kinds of fun unfolds when you create this Fantastic Folded Fellow. Can you fold everything to fit under his head? It's easy origami!

Steps

1. Draw a long, narrow creature with Crayola® Twistables on large white paper. Color in your drawing. Cut it out with Crayola Scissors.

2. Trace your Fantastic Folded Fellow's head on construction paper. Decorate it with Twistables. Cut it out. Glue the head to the body with a Crayola Glue Stick.

Interesting Info

Did you know that there is a correct way to fold the U.S. flag? Here it is: Fold the striped half over the blue field. Now fold it in half again. Bring the lower striped corner to the upper edge to create a triangle. Fold the upper point in to form another triangle. Repeat until the entire length of the flag is folded. When you've folded as much as you can, there should be nothing left but blue showing. Tuck that last bit of blue into the other folds to secure it.
