Jungle Party Here!
Welcome your crowd with a roar! Let guests know that your party is the place to be with a colorful jungle right on your driveway and sidewalk.
1. Design a hearty party welcome sign in front of your home. Draw a jungle animal parade or rainforest scene with Crayola 3-D Sidewalk Chalk. Plan your design before you start. Think about the different animals you might see on a safari: elephants, tigers, lions, giraffes, or monkeys, perhaps. Look for pictures of animals to help you draw them. You could make some creatures life size—or even larger than life.
2. To create the best 3-D effects, leave a small line uncolored between each chalk hue. Place cool colors such as blue, purple, and green near warm colors such as red, yellow, and orange for maximum 3-D depth. Try on the glasses as you draw to see the pop-out effects you’re creating.
3. These are some ideas to try: 1. Draw several animals walking toward your front door. 2. Make a series of footprints to follow. 3. Add trees or birds. 4. Greet your guests with fun sayings such as Come on in for a GRRREat time! Ready to Rumble in the Jungle! Safari Time! Ask for help if you aren’t sure how to spell a word.
