My Name in Bubbles
Identify your space with sparkling name designs! Make one for your doorknob and one for the door so everyone knows whose creative space they’re entering.
1. What do the letters in your name remind you of? If they have lots of straight-lined letters like M and W you may want to base your bubble design on long straight lines. If they have more curves like S
2. Cut Crayola Color Explosion™ White paper into a name tent, door hanger, or other name card with Crayola Scissors. The door hanger will need a knob-sized hole---either a hook to go over the top or a slit in a circle to allow it to slip over the knob.
3. Use the Color Explosion Marker and the black drawing marker to write your name, depending on the effect you want for your overall design. Some designs look better with the letters drawn with wide spaces inside them and others look better if the decorations around your name focus on the letters. Experiment to see what works best with your name.
4. Divide your background space into sections that you will leave white and others where you want the funky colors to show. Use the Color Explosion Marker to let the colored areas show through.
5. Add design details with the black drawing marker. Highlight areas with the sparkle of Crayola Glitter Glue. Air-dry the glitter glue.
6. Cut out your design if you like. Hang your art and let it define your own imaginative space!
