Off-to-the-Circus Magnets

Why

Step right up to make circus-inspired refrigerator magnets. Keep the big-top magic alive!

Steps

1. Create a clown, purse or backpack, popcorn, cotton candy, and as many more circus magnets as you can imagine! Here’s how. Remember, Crayola Model Magic® fresh from the pack sticks to itself.

2. To create a clown face, roll Model Magic into a ball. Press to flatten. Push feathers into the sides for fun hair. Add a hat or collar with bits of Model Magic and foam pieces. Use Crayola Squeezables™ 3-D Paint to add details such as a face, collar, or clown makeup.

3. For a fun purse or backpack, shape Model Magic into a bag. Press on a triangle flap. Push in a chenille stem for a handle. Add embellishments with bits of Model Magic and Squeezables.

4. To make a tiny popcorn box, form Model Magic into a rectangle. Roll red compound into thin snakes and press on the box to create stripes. Mix white and yellow Model Magic to make imitation popcorn. Press it at the top of the box. Write the word "popcorn" with Squeezables.

5. Air-dry your magnets. Attach magnetic tape with Crayola School Glue to the back of each one. Place your circus memories on a metal surface and enjoy your personal big top!
