Picture-Perfect Thank You

Why

Show your friends or family you appreciate their kindness. Share a picture to personally thank them for the fun or gift you received!

Steps

1. This card doubles as a picture frame. Follow these easy steps to make a card like the one shown.

2. Fold construction paper in half to make a card. Choose a photograph to feature on the front of your card. It could be your school picture, a photo from a sports event, or even a photo showing you with the gift you received.

3. Cut watercolor paper big enough for a large frame around your photo. Make sure the frame fits on the front of your card!

4. With a Crayola Erasable Colored Pencil, lightly draw a rectangle a little smaller than the photograph in the center of the watercolor paper.

5. Outline your picture on the watercolor paper with the colored pencils. Let parts of your drawing overlap inside the rectangle. With Crayola Hassle Free Watercolors, paint a picture to frame your photograph. Air-dry your painting.

6. Use your Crayola Cutter to cut out the space you left for your photograph. Place the photo inside its frame. Glue the frame and your photo to the front of the card. Air-dry the glue.

7. Write your message on the card. Decorate it with Crayola Glitter Glue and colored pencils. Air-dry the glue.

8. Make an envelope for your card and send it soon to show your appreciation!
