Snowy Night Scene

Why

What's more delightful than a snowy nightscape? Crayola® Gel Markers create that luminous, airy feeling that only snow can bring.

Steps

1. Can you remember (or imagine) the stillness during and after a snowfall? Snow muffles sound and makes everything appear very bright. Night can be as light as day, especially if there is a full moon.

2. On dark construction paper, use Crayola Gel Markers to capture a Snowy Night scene. Maybe there are night animals, an owl calling or a deer foraging for food. Trees and mountains cast moon shadows. Stars twinkle in the clearing sky. Add falling or drifted snow and shape the mood of the night.

Safety Guidelines

Adult supervision is required for any arts & crafts project.
