Create creepy cobwebs for holiday hallways.
There's nothing quite as creepy as cobwebs dangling from above! Here's a new way to create decorative cobwebs for Halloween fun.
Tear tissue paper along its grain into several long, dangling strands. If the strands keep breaking into short pieces, turn the paper the opposite way and try again.
Cover your art area with recycled newspaper. Fold the end of each tissue paper strand over dark yarn. Leave a section of the yarn free at each end so you can tie it in place in the hallway. With Crayola® School Glue, attach tissue paper to the yarn. Air dry.
Spread strands out so they lie flat. Use Crayola Gel Markers to create a creepy texture on the tissue paper. Criss-cross your lines for a realistic effect.
With Crayola Glitter Glue, make glistening dewdrops on your spider webs. Air dry.
Hang your creepy cobwebs in a hallway or inside door for Halloween fun.
