Create a festive wreath for a birthday party! Welcome every guest with a blast of color.
On Crayola® Color Explosion™ paper use the color-reveal markers to make plenty of balloons in different shapes and sizes. Color your balloons however you like (use your imagination)!
With Crayola Scissors, cut out your balloons. Glue colorful ribbon to the back of each one with Crayola School Glue.
Arrange your balloons on a wreath form or a circle of cardboard. Overlap them to make your wreath look full and festive! Attach the balloons with glue. Glue a loop of ribbon on the back for hanging. Air-dry the wreath before you decorate for your party.
