Decorate your windows with Mummies and Monsters waiting to greet Trick-or-Treaters this Halloween! Try these Crayola Window Marker techniques for fun effects!
Imagine that a friendly mummy and a goofy monster moved into your house. Make up some silly stories about what they might do. What would they eat? Where would they sleep? What would they be afraid of? Create big pictures of monsters and mummies on a window in your house. Here’s how:
Work with a partner. Use a Crayola Washable Window Marker to trace your hands to make the mummy or monster hands.
Use a Window Marker to outline a head between or above the hands.
Draw the outline for the rest of the body using a Window Marker.
Fill in the outline with white a Crayola Mega Window Marker so it looks like the strips of cloth wrapped around a mummy.
To make a furry monster, fill in the outline with scribbles of different Window Marker colors.
To add faces to your creatures, use a damp paper towel to wipe away color where you want to add eyes, nose, and a growl-y mouth. Use a dry paper towel to remove any dampness. Draw features using Window Markers.
