1.
To make your own picture frame, glue four craft sticks together, end to end, in a square, with Crayola® School Glue. Dry.

With Crayola Metallic Colored Pencils draw and decorate several stars on colored construction paper. Cut out the stars with Crayola Scissors.
3.
Ask a grownup for a photograph that is suitable for a gift. Trim the photo just a little bit bigger than the inside of the frame. Glue the photo to the back of the frame with the picture facing out. Dry.
4.
Glue stars around the front of the frame and decorate with Crayola Glitter Glue. Dry before wrapping.
