Get started on your silly, smelly garland with these ideas—and invent your own, too!
Draw bats, pumpkins, and other Halloween designs on posterboard with Crayola Silly Scents™ Markers, Crayons, and/or Colored Pencils. Colors you’ll want to try include Witch’s Brew, Mummy’s Tomb, Smashed Pumpkin, and Scary Movie. Cut out the pieces with Crayola Scissors.
Embellish the designs with Crayola Glitter Glue. Air-dry the paint.
To make a ghost, cut batting into a square. Roll a ball of batting for a head. Place it in the center of the square, gather the batting around the head, and tie with ribbon. Add eyes and mouth to the ghost with Silly Scents™ Markers . Air-dry.
To complete your garland, cut a long piece of colorful ribbon. Punch a hole in the top of each bat and pumpkin. Space the bats, pumpkins, and ghosts evenly on the ribbon. Tie ribbon around the ghosts’ heads. Choose the perfect indoor spot to proudly display your smelly garland.
