Cover one piece of roll with black construction paper to create a smokestack. Use Crayola School Glue to attach it to a recycled tissue box. Glue cotton balls to the top of the smokestack. Glue the smokestack to the front of a recycled tissue box. Dry.
Draw a conductor, animals, or other cargo for your train on recycled file folders with Crayola Washable Markers. Cut out and glue inside the opening of another recycled tissue box. Dry.
