Plants are fine gifts. When children make the pots (see Plant Pots), grow them (Growing, Growing), wrap the plant, and make gift cards, plants are truly special. Plan(t) ahead.

4.
When your plant is ready for gift giving, wrap it carefully in clear plastic. Tie a festive ribbon on it.
5.
Create a gift card with construction paper. Cut with Crayola® Scissors (4 years or older) or tear paper. Write your message, and your name, with Crayola® Washable Markers.
6.
Decorate your card with ribbon, designs, or Crayola® Glitter Glue. Attach items with Crayola® School Glue.
7.
Punch a hole in the card. Thread gift ribbon through it and tie to the plant.
