WHAT IS THE PROGRAM'S PURPOSE?

Binney & Smith, maker of Crayola products,introduced the Crayola Dream-Makers program in 1984 to:

Encourage the creative development and learning of kindergarten through sixth grade children through art activities;

Emphasize the value of visual learning in cross-curricular areas; and

Provides practical, supplemental standards-based lessons to classroom and art teachers in the field.
