Employment Opportunities

The Crayola Experience™ Associates

The Crayola Experience has Part-Time and Full-Time positions available. Our associates work in various areas of the factory.

In Visitor Services, our associates greet buses, welcome visitors, administer surveys, monitor entrance ways and sell admission to our venue. Group Reservations is also housed in this area. The inbound call center books reservations, special programs, canal boat rides, and McDonald’s Express reservations among other duties. They also process deposits, perform maintenance to existing reservations and assist with end-of-day processing.

In Manufacturing, our associates take our guests through the process of manufacturing crayons and markers. Each demonstration last about 25 – 30 minutes, so your presentation skills are critical to the success of this demonstration. Manufacturing is also responsible for filling product dispensers, daily cleaning, recycling of wax, and ordering raw materials. They also maintain the Color Wonder product area.

In Education Programs, our associates assist our guests in creating their treasured artwork. They work one–on–one with our guests to ensure they have the most creative learning experience possible. They also sell tickets for special programs and workshops, keep their areas clean, safe and welcoming as well as help with birthday parties and assist our guests as necessary.

There is one underlying theme to all of our jobs: Superior Customer Service. It is the key to each and every position at The Crayola Experience. We expect our associates to cross-train in various areas of the factory so that they may help as needed. If you want to have a little fun everyday, this could be the place for you!
