RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. HOW TO ENTER No Purchase Necessary. There are two ways to enter: 1. Beginning 12:01 AM (EST), November 18, 2009 through 11:59 PM (EST), December 24, 2009 logon to http://www.crayola.com/gifts/vacation and follow the online instructions to complete and submit your "Possibility Gift List" and Sweepstakes Entry Form. Limit one online entry per e-mail address per day. 2. To enter by mail, print your name, complete address, and daytime phone number on a 3" x 5" paper and mail to: Crayola Give The Gift Of CreativitySM Sweepstakes, 1100 Church Lane, P.O. Box 431, Easton, PA 18044-0431. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 24, 2009 and received by December 31, 2009. Limit one mail-in entry per household per day.

2. ELIGIBILITY The Give The Gift Of Creativity℠ Sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States who are 18 years and older as of November 18, 2009, living within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Sweepstakes subject to federal and state laws. Void where prohibited or
restricted by law.

Employees of Crayola LLC and Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd®, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings) are not eligible to enter or win.

3. PRIZE / APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES / ODDS OF WINNING ONE (1) winner will receive a Give The Gift Of Creativity℠ Royal Caribbean Vacation Getaway aboard its new Oasis of the Seas℠ cruise ship and Crayola Give The Gift Of Creativity℠ Products. (Approximate Cruise Vacation Retail Value is $5,384—actual value depends on exact cruise selected and dates of sailing; and Crayola Give The Gift Of Creativity℠ Products Retail Value is $200).

Crayola Give The Gift Of Creativity℠ Products include: Color Explosion™ Glow Dome™, Color Explosion™ Glow Board, Crayola Glow Station™, Color Wonder® Magic Light Brush™, Crayola Beginnings® Color Me A Song™ and Crayola Crayon Maker™. All Crayola products noted in the Official Rules will be shipped directly to the winner after winner is notified, and winner signs and returns all required documents noted in #4 Drawing/Winner Notification of the Official Rules.

Give The Gift Of CreativitySM Royal Caribbean Vacation Getaway consists of a seven (7) night Caribbean cruise for a family of four on Royal Caribbean International's Oasis of the Seas. Valid from April 1 – December 31, 2010.

Winner may select either a "Western Caribbean" itinerary departing from Fort Lauderdale and visiting Labadee, Haiti; Costa Maya, Mexico; and Cozumel, Mexico, or an "Eastern Caribbean" itinerary departing from Fort Lauderdale and visiting Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas; Philipsburg, St. Maarten, and Nassau, Bahamas. Accommodations will be in two staterooms, which can be either inside staterooms or outside staterooms, depending on availability. Winner and guests must be booked on the same cruise and each must have valid travel documents.

Air travel trip for the winner and THREE (3) guests will be provided as follows: (a) round trip, coach class airfare between closest major airport to winner's home and Fort Lauderdale, FL (not to exceed $2500).

Failure to use such prize on specified dates will result in that Winner forfeiting that prize. Unused components of the prize have no redeemable cash value and no compensation will be made. Each cruise prize includes ship accommodations, ocean transportation, most meals, some beverages, and most entertainment aboard the vessel. Winner and Guests are each solely responsible for any and all costs, other than those specifically stated in these Official Rules, that may be incurred or arise as a result of being awarded a prize. Cruise does not include government or quasigovernmental taxes and fees, fuel surcharge, ground transfers, or items of a personal nature that are not specified in the Official Rules (including, but not limited to shore excursions, gratuities, some beverages, photographs, specialty dining, service fees, and medical services); these expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Crayola and Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd® are not responsible for flight postponement or cancellation. Winner and Guests are responsible for all travel documents (such as a passport and visa) required for travel. Winner and Guests must travel together on the same itinerary. Cruise provided subject to the terms and conditions in the Royal Caribbean guest-ticket cruise contract, Complimentary Cruise Certificate, and applicable brochure. Prize will be awarded in the form of a Royal Caribbean International Complimentary Cruise Certificate and is subject to all terms and conditions of use that are listed on the certificate, which may include, but are not limited to, the following: Cruise must be booked 60 days prior to sailing and sailing must be completed before December 31, 2010; certain blackout dates apply; sailing dates and stateroom categories are based on availability; certificate applicable only to stateroom categories F, H, I, L, M, N, and Q; suites and deluxe outside staterooms are not applicable; prize may not be upgraded. No individual under 21 will be booked in a stateroom unless accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or older, except for married couples under 21 years old with a valid marriage certificate and at Royal Caribbean International’s discretion. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Winner and travel companions must sign Royal Caribbean’s passenger-ticket contract prior to being allowed to board the cruise. Other restrictions may apply. Cruise prize is not transferable and may not be given, bartered, sold, auctioned, or exchanged for cash or another prize or other thing of value, nor placed into any unauthorized channels of distribution. Winner and Guests must possess and provide proof of a current U.S. passport valid for no less than six months after the date of travel and any other required travel documents. Winner and Guests are responsible for all expenses resulting from medical emergencies and issues, including physician care and sea-to-land airlift transportation, obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Royal Caribbean and Crayola have not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.

Odds of winning depend on number of entries.

4. DRAWING / WINNER NOTIFICATION Winner will be selected by Crayola in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about January 6, 2010. Winner will be notified by Crayola no later than January 8, 2010. Non-winners will not be notified. Prize will be awarded in the name provided on the entry form. In order to receive the prize, the winner must sign and return all required documents including an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and a Publicity Release within five (5) days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited. The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. In the liability release, winner will agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crayola and Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd®, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies from any injuries, damages or losses which may be sustained by winner in connection with this Sweepstakes and against any damage which may be sustained by any of the above parties caused by winner's breach of warranty contained in these rules. All other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein or are not included by Crayola as part of the prize package are solely the responsibility of the winner.

5. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES / RELEASES Winners and all participants (1) agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Crayola, which are final and binding in all respects; (2) release and agree to hold harmless Crayola, its respective parent company, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and the directors, officers, agents, representatives, shareholders and employees of any of the above entities, and any successors and/or assigns of any of the above entities, from any and all liability arising (directly or indirectly, in whole or in part) from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any offer and/or prize(s). By accepting prize, winner agrees to the use by Crayola of his/her name, address, photograph or likeness for advertising or publicity purposes, and any and all rights to said use, without notice or further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

6. RESPONSIBILITY Crayola assumes no responsibility for any technical, computer system, telephone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures of any kind, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Crayola is not responsible for any damage to any participant’s computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.

Crayola assumes no responsibility for (a) lost, illegible, late, misdirected, or incomplete, entries or e-mail; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, garbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software or telephone malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information and (b) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes; any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering or hacking of the Website.

Crayola reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes, in its entirety or in part should virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond control of Crayola corrupt the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Contest. Neither Crayola nor its agencies are responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to another persons’ computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Crayola reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Website, or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CRAYOLA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

7. WINNER’S LIST Name of prize winner will be available after January 11, 2010.
