Tips for using the Idea Generator
- Change the category of household materials by clicking on the "Change Object" button.
- Click on the "Craft Instructions" button when it is highlighted to get detailed steps for creating the current idea.
- If the Idea Generator uses up its data base, it will start to repeat ideas. Choose a different category and keep experimenting, or use your creativity to come up with a project of your own!
Techniques to try with Crayola Model Magic® Fusion™
- Wrap a thin layer of Fusion around almost anything, such as recycled cardboard, dowel sticks, or wire
- Sticks well to almost any surface (cardboard, plastic, wire, wood) without glue
- Use Fusion textures that are already embedded (Outer space, Creatures, and Glitter assortments) for special effects
- Push through garlic press for strands of hair or fur
- Make detailed, lasting impressions using toothpicks (to poke holes) or make other fine textures using coral, plastic forks, combs, toothbrushes, or seashells
- Store for later use—seal in plastic container with lid
