		Crayola Color Explosion Extreme Beaches Resorts Family Vacation Getaway
		
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. 

The Color Explosion Extreme Vacation Getaway offer is open only to U.S. residents ages 18 and older. Employees of Crayola, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies and their immediate families (parents, children, spouses and siblings) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.


2. HOW TO ENTER AND ODDS OF WINNING.

Visit Crayola.com between May 15th, 2009 and July 15th, 2009 and send an e-card from the Color Explosion Extreme Beaches Resorts Vacation Getaway web page. To send an e-card go to the Color Explosion Extreme Beaches Resorts Vacation Getaway web page and select one of the e-card designs.   Enter required information to send your e-card.  By clicking “send” on the e-card form you agree to these Terms and Conditions and you have been entered into the sweepstakes.  The person who receives your e-card is not entered into the sweepstakes.  Entries must be received by 11:59 PM (EST), July 15th, 2009.  The owner of the email account registered as the Crayola.com user from which the entry is received will be deemed the entrant.  Limit TEN (10) entries per person. Odds of winning depend on number of entries.


3. PRIZE: 

A 5 day/ 4 night Luxury Included® Vacation for a Family of 4 to Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort Villages & Spa featuring the New Italian Village & Waterpark.

Trip is for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children – 1 room) in deluxe accommodations to Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort in Providenciales.  Airfare is not included. Please note that this trip is subject to space availability and selected blackout dates. Please note the prizewinner will be informed that reservations may only be made and confirmed 30 days prior to desired travel dates. Beaches Resorts reserve the right to relocate any processed prizewinner from their hotel of choice to an alternate resort within their chain or to alternate dates, based on availability of space. A processing fee of $25.00 per room, per night will apply to this all-inclusive trip.  Payment of this processing fee (by either credit card or check) will be required upon receiving hotel confirmation. Winner must be at least 18 years of age, trip is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash, and is valid one year from the date it is awarded. No extensions will be given after the trip has expired.  Approximate retail value: $4,500.

4. DRAWING/WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about June 15th, 2009 by the Sponsor.  Winner will be notified by email no later than August 15th, 2009.  Non-winners will not be notified.  Prizes will be awarded in the name of the registered user who sent the e-card.  In order to receive the prize, the winner must sign and return all required documents.  Winners may be required to verify address or execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within 5 business days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited. If any prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. In the liability release, winner will agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crayola and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies from any injuries, damages or losses which may be sustained by winner in connection with this contest and against any damage which may be sustained by any of the above parties caused by winner's breach of warranty contained in these rules.  All other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein or are not included by Sponsor as part of the prize package are solely the responsibility of the winner.



5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/RESTRICTIONS: 

Sweepstakes subject to federal and state laws. Void where prohibited. 


6. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES/RELEASES.

Winners and all participants (1) agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects; (2) release and agree to hold harmless Crayola, their respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and the directors, officers, agents, representatives, shareholders and employees of any of the above entities, and any successors and/or assigns of any of the above entities, from any and all liability arising (directly or indirectly, in whole or in part) from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any offer. By accepting offer, winner agrees to the Sponsor’s use of his/her name, address, photograph or likeness for advertising or publicity purposes, and any and all rights to said use, without notice or further compensation, except where prohibited by law. 

7. WINNER LIST:

Name of prize winners will be available after July 30th, 2009. You can obtain a winner list by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope, to be received by Dec 1, 2009 to: Crayola Color Explosion Extreme Vacation Getaway, Crayola LLC, 1100 Church Lane, P.O. Box 431 Easton, PA  18044-0431.
