Crayola Color Surge Royal Caribbean Vacation Getaway - Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. 

The Color Surge Vacation Getaway offer is open only to U.S. residents ages 18 and older. Employees of Crayola, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies and their immediate families (parents, children, spouses and siblings) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.


2. HOW TO ENTER AND ODDS OF WINNING.

Visit Crayola.com between February 11th, 2008 and April 29, 2008 and send an e-card from the Color Surge Royal Caribbean Vacation Getaway web page. To send an e-card go to the Color Surge Royal Caribbean Vacation Getaway web page and select one of the 5 e-card designs.  You will be asked to log into your Crayola user account or create a new Crayola.com user account.  Enter an email address to send the e-card to and fill in the other information requested.  By clicking “send” on the e-card form you agree to these Terms and Conditions and you have been entered into the sweepstakes.  The person who receives your e-card is not entered into the sweepstakes.  Entries must be received by 11:59 PM (EST), April 29, 2008.  The owner of the email account registered as the Crayola.com user from which the entry is received will be deemed the entrant.  Limit TEN (10) entries per person. Odds of winning depend on number of entries.


3. PRIZE: 

ONE (1) winner will receive a Color Surge Royal Caribbean Vacation Getaway and Color Surge products (Approximate Retail Value $4950) - actual value may depend on exact cruise selected and dates of sailing).  The Color Surge Royal Caribbean Vacation Getaway consists of a seven (7) night Caribbean cruise for FOUR (4) persons aboard a Royal Caribbean International vessel offering 7 night Caribbean cruises.  Cruise is for winner and THREE (3) guests and includes one (1) quadruple occupancy cabin. Winner and guests must be booked on the same cruise and each must have valid travel documents (such as a Passport). Prize is based on stateroom availability at time of booking. Cruise includes ship accommodations, ocean transportation, most meals, some beverages, and most entertainment aboard the vessel. Air travel Trip for the winner and THREE (3) guests will be provided by Crayola as follows: (a) round trip, coach class airfare between closest major airport to winner's home and the Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship (not to exceed $2500). Cruise does not include government or quasi-governmental taxes and fees, ground transfers, or items not specified in the Rules of a personal nature (including, but not limited to, shore excursions, gratuities, some beverages, photographs, specialty dining, service fees and medical services); these expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize will be awarded in the form of a Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd.® Complimentary Cruise Certificate and is subject to all terms and conditions of use that are listed on the certificate, which include, but are not limited to the following: Cruise must be booked 60 days prior to sailing and sailing must be completed within one year of Cruise Certificate issue date; This program is capacity controlled, and certain blackout dates apply (These blackout dates include, among others, holiday or inaugural sailings). Sailing dates and cabin categories are based on availability; Certificate only applicable to cabin categories F, H, I, L, M, N and Q; Suites and deluxe outside cabins are not applicable; Prize may not be upgraded. No individual (that is, prize winner or guest) under 21 will be booked in a cabin unless accompanied by an adult 21 years or older, except for married couples under 21 years old with a valid marriage certificate. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Other restrictions may apply. Prize is not transferable and may not be given, bartered, sold, or exchanged for cash or another prize, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason and then only for a prize of equal or greater value.  


4. DRAWING/WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about May 15, 2008 by the Sponsor.  Winner will be notified by email no later than May 30, 2008.  Non-winners will not be notified.  Prizes will be awarded in the name of the registered user who sent the e-card.  In order to receive the prize, the winner must sign and return all required documents.  Winners may be required to verify address or execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within 5 business days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited. If any prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. In the liability release, winner will agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crayola and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies from any injuries, damages or losses which may be sustained by winner in connection with this contest and against any damage which may be sustained by any of the above parties caused by winner's breach of warranty contained in these rules.  All other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein or are not included by Sponsor as part of the prize package are solely the responsibility of the winner.


5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/RESTRICTIONS: 

Sweepstakes subject to federal and state laws. Void where prohibited. 


6. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES/RELEASES.

Winners and all participants (1) agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects; (2) release and agree to hold harmless Crayola, their respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and the directors, officers, agents, representatives, shareholders and employees of any of the above entities, and any successors and/or assigns of any of the above entities, from any and all liability arising (directly or indirectly, in whole or in part) from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any offer. By accepting offer, winner agrees to the Sponsor’s use of his/her name, address, photograph or likeness for advertising or publicity purposes, and any and all rights to said use, without notice or further compensation, except where prohibited by law. 

7. WINNER LIST:

Name of prize winners will be available after June 30, 2008. You can obtain a winner list by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope, to be received by Dec 1, 2008 to: Color Surge Royal Caribbean Sweepstakes, Crayola.com, 1100 Church Lane, P.O. Box 431 Easton, PA  18044-0431.
