Instructions

  1. Outline the arched shape of the fan with a light pencil on a piece of card stock.
  2. Use Crayola Watercolors to paint a design within the outline, use pink and green to create a watermelon, green and yellow to make a lime, or create a colorful rainbow! Allow to dry completely.
  3. Ask an adult to help you create a hole in the ends of the craft sticks. Secure the craft sticks together with a fastener.
  4. Add accents to the dried fan with Crayola Supertips Markers or Crayola Glitter Glue. Cut out the shape of the fan.
  5. Use a Crayola Glue Stick to glue the fan to the craft sticks.
  6. When dry, carefully close the fan and crease the card stock and create the fan.
