Tips & Techniques

Rainbow Connector Markers - Curve

Hold the marker(s) with tips pointing straight down. Draw a “C” shape to create a smooth curve.

Rainbow Connector Markers - Stamps

Hold the marker(s) with tips pointing straight down. Press the edges lightly on the paper to stamp straight lines.

Rainbow Connector Markers - Circle Stroke

Hold the marker(s) with tips pointing straight down. With all tips on the paper, rotate around a center point to draw a half-circle.

Rainbow Connector Markers - Waves

Hold the marker(s) with tips pointing straight down. With all tips on the paper, draw a "U" shape & repeat to create a wave stroke. Or slant the markers a bit to give your waves an interesting effect.

Rainbow Connector Markers - Wiggles

Hold the marker(s) horizontally. Move them from side to side as you drag them down the paper.

Rainbow Connector Markers - Zig Zag

Hold the marker(s) horizontally. Move them in a repeating "V" shape to create a zig-zag patttern.

Rainbow Connector Markers - Box Stroke

Hold the marker(s) with tips pointing straight down. With all tips on the paper, draw short, straight strokes to create small boxes. 

Rainbow Connector Markers - Petals

Hold 2 markers with tips pointing straight down. Draw a teardrop shape & repeat around a circle to create a colorful flower.

Rainbow Connector Markers - Leaf

Hold 2 markers with tips pointing straight down. Draw a line straight down. Then draw up and curve to the side to create a stem. Draw a Petal shape at  the bottom of the stem.

Rainbow Connector Markers - Dash

Hold the marker(s) with tips pointing straight down. With all tips on the paper, drag to the right to make a dash. Or hold the bottom of the markers in place and pivot them in a half-circle for a Fan Dash stroke.
