Who do we contact to request a donation in Canada?

Crayola Canada's community relations program supports non-profit organizations located all across Canada, with an emphasis on the arts and education.

You can apply for a product donation by sending a request on your organization’s letterhead via fax or mail. E-mail letters will only be accepted if they are on organizational letterhead. The contact information is listed below:

Our Canadian donations are done on a monthly basis. Request letters go into a file approximately one month prior to the date of your event. For example, if you have sent in a donation request for October, it will not be processed until September. Please refrain from calling to see if your request has been processed unless your event is in the current month.

Please include the following required information in your letter:

*Date of your event
*If you require confirmation earlier than one month prior to your event, please provide us with a time frame that you need to receive a response.
*Details of your event
*Shipping Address
*Telephone and fax number, if we need to contact you
*Contact person
*What you would like to receive – i.e. door prize, art supplies for craft area, etc.

Due to the heavy volume of requests, please allow 4 to 6 weeks prior to the date of your event for a response.
