Brush up your bathroom décor! Sculpt a unique toothbrush stand with Crayola® Air-Dry Clay and paint in bright colors that match your bathroom.
Roll a ball of Crayola Air-Dry Clay between your hands to make it solid and smooth. Pinch the center of the ball with your fingers. Slightly curve one side of the ball and narrow the end to form the body of the fish.
Use a modeling tool a hole to create a hole from the top of the fish that goes all the way through to the bottom. Be sure to make it large enough for your toothbrush to fit. Press two small indentations for eyes with your fingertip on the face of the fish.
Sculpt features such as fins, lips, eyes, and eyelids and attach to the body of the fish. If Air-Dry Clay becomes too dry, dip your fingers in a bit of water and rub on the clay to help it stick.
Allow the fish sculpture to dry completely. It may take up to 3 days. When completely dry, bring your fish to life! Paint bright colors using Crayola® Portfolio® Series Acrylic Paint.
Allow paint to dry, then place your toothbrush in it’s new stand! Display in your bathroom and enjoy your one-of-a-kind decoration!
