Brush Crayola® Washable Watercolors onto the top edge of a white cupcake paper. Experiment mixing colors together or letting the color drip down the sides of the paper.
Add bright Watercolor paint to the bottom of the cupcake paper. Allow paint to dry completely.
Carefully cut slices from the top of the cupcake paper to the bottom edge. Round the top of each slice to form flower petals.
Attach colorful pompoms to the center of the flowers with Crayola® No-Run School Glue.
Use the colorful flowers to embellish household items, such as a basket or jar, and create new spring decorations for your home!
