Construction Paper
Glue
Model Magic
Paint
Paint Brushes
Battery Operated Tea Light(s)
Craft Knife
Pencil(s)
Plastic Cup(s)

Steps

Step 1

Flip cup upside-down. Cover with orange paint. Dry 1–2 hours. Add second coat. Dry 1–2 hours.
Step 2

Sketch and cut out construction paper jack-o-lantern eyes and mouth.
Step 3

Glue eyes and mouth to front of cup.
Step 4

Sketch and cut out construction paper leaves and vines.
Step 5

Wrap vines tightly around pencil. Gently unwrap to create a curl.
Step 6

Glue vines to top of cup. Glue leaves to vines.
Step 7

Mold Model Magic stem. Glue to top of cup. Let all glue and Model Magic steps dry overnight.
Step 8

Have an adult cut a small nose hole with craft knife.
Step 9

Place flame of battery-operated tea light through nose whole, facing out.
Step 10

Display this reimagined jack-o-lantern as a Halloween decoration!
