Construction Paper
Glitter Glue
Glue
Markers
Paint
Paint Brushes
Pencil(s)
Poster Board

Steps

Step 1

Cut rectangular opening on poster board, leaving approximately 3” border.
Step 2

Cover poster board with paint. Dry 1–2 hours. Add second coat. Dry 1–2 hours.
Step 3

Sketch and cut out construction paper balloons, noise makers, party horns, and message bubble. Glue to poster board.
Step 4

Add details and New Year’s message with markers.
Step 5

Add sparkly details with glitter glue. Dry 3–4 hours.
Step 6

Hold up poster board and pose for a fun New Year’s Eve photo!
