Who owns the Dream-Makers artwork? Is the artwork returned?

After securing parental permission to maintain and archive selected pieces, Dream-Makers artwork becomes the property of Crayola, and will not be returned.  In fact, most artwork was donated to the U.S. Department of Education, becoming a part of their permanent collection and exhibited at a regional or the national office.

The Dream-Makers collection is one of the largest in the world. We take great pride in maintaining the integrity of the collection which continues to be used to support education programming and purposes.
