• Can I purchase refills for CRAYOLA Twistables Colored Pencils and Twistables Crayons?

  Refills are not currently available for Crayola® Twistables products.

• What products will fluoresce under a black light?

  Crayola® manufactures several products and colors that will fluoresce under a black light. Depending on the pigment, the fluorescent level may vary. They are:

• Why don't Crayola Crayon label colors match the crayons?

  We currently use 12 different colored labels for CRAYOLA Crayons. The labels are purchased through an outside vendor and made of either vat dyed construction paper or printed paper and reforested wood. We manufacture more than 120 different Crayola Crayon colors, however, we do not have a crayon label to match each of these colors.

• How long can I store unused Air-Dry Clay in an airtight container?

  Unused Crayola® Air-Dry Clay can be stored in an airtight container for 3-12 months. Avoid storing clay with added water.

  
  

   

• At what age do you recommend children begin using Crayola products?

  Many Crayola products do not state age recommendations on packaging because the age when a child is ready to begin using art products varies from child to child. Some children are ready to use art products at a very early age, while others may not show an interest until later.
