Again, I loved to outline in my coloring books . . . and what better color to use than black. I still love to do that. Black is such a mysterious color yet it hardly gets recognition. Everyone tends to go for the bright, cheery colors with cool names. But I like black because it's simple. We have so many confusing things in the world and not enough simple things. When you look at black, it's there but it's not. When you close your eyes, black is there but you're not really looking at it. You can look deep into black and yet see nothing. Black is indescribeable. Black IS black. It is no color..but yet when colors are full of them selves, I think perhaps they long to be black...often unnoticed...but never underrated. Black is a hole in the soul...
