Why

What is your sport? Or favorite team? Make awesome sports magnets to display pictures of athletes, equipment, yourself, or team logos. Hang them on your fridge or school locker!

Steps

  1. 1. Choose Crayola Model Magic® Fusion™ colors for your magnet design, such as team colors. Form the Fusion into equipment such as a baseball, basketball, or football—or the team mascot, pendant, uniform, or whatever you like.
  2. 2. Add Fusion details, to make the magnet look really cool, such as stitching on the baseball and football or black lines on a basketball. Model Magic® Fusion™ dries to the touch overnight and dries completely in 2 to 3 days.
  3. 3. Glue a magnet to the back of your design with Crayola School Glue. Create more details with Crayola Squeezables™ 3-D Paint and/or Glitter Glue on the front. Air-dry the magnet.
  4. 4. Use your creation to display pictures, drawings, newspaper clippings, or anything else on your fridge or locker.

Interesting Info

Soccer is the most popular sport in the world. The original World Cup was named in honor of Jules Rimet. He was president of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) when the tournament was first played, in 1930 in Uruguay. The World Cup trophy was hidden in a shoebox during World War II, was stolen in 1966, found, and then disappeared again in 1983 just before the World Cup Final.
