Why

Quick! Easy! Family fun! Make your own dominoes and play all fall.

Steps

1. From recycled file folders, cut at least 24 matching, large domino-sized rectangles using Crayola® Scissors.
2. With Crayola Washable Markers, divide the cards in half with a vertical line.
3. Draw Jack o' Lantern faces, one on each side of the line. Choose a variety of different designs-smiling, scary, toothless, toothy, jagged. Make several of each, including doubles, and you're ready to play dominoes.

Interesting Info

Orange is just the most familiar pumpkin color. Of course, unripe pumpkins are green, and giant pumpkins that are still growing are yellow. Pumpkins also come in tan (used for canned pumpkin), blue (the Australian Blue), red (in the Caribbean), and white (a new color).

Scissors—ATTENTION: The cutting edges of scissors are sharp and care should be taken whenever cutting or handling. Blunt-tip scissors should be used only by children 4 years and older. Pointed-tip scissors should be used only by children 6 years and older.
