Champion Creatively Alive Children™, is a series of training workshop content (videos, guides, digital media, presentation decks, handouts, and other educational materials, resources, documents in electronic and physical media) collectively "the CCAC Content", which was developed by Crayola LLC ("Crayola"), in collaboration with the National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP), with contributions by the National Art Education Association (NAEA) and the Partnership for 21st Century Skills (P21) (the "CCAC Collaborators"). As explained below, Crayola offers the CCAC Content free of charge for educators to use in professional development sessions, staff training, workshops, parent meetings and other similar educational situations with the intent to help teachers, parents and community members understand the role Arts-Infused Education serves in building 21st Century skills.
By accessing or downloading the CCAC Content, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, and agree to adhere to the following guidelines for usage of the CCAC Content.
You may use, display, distribute and reproduce the CCAC Content in connection with art education activities. This license is non-exclusive and revocable and is subject to the following conditions:
By accepting the license set forth in this License Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read this License Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You also represent that you have the sufficient permissions, capacity consents, and authority to enter into this license agreement on behalf of your school, agency or organization. No agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or employment relationship is created between Crayola and Licensee as a result of this License Agreement. Neither party is authorized to create any obligation, express or implied, on behalf of the other party. If any provision of this License Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions unless Crayola determines in its discretion that the court's determination causes this License Agreement to fail in any of its essential purposes.
This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and superseded all proposals, oral or written, all negotiations, conversation, and/or discussions between the parties relating to this License Agreement. This License Agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Crayola makes no representation or warranty, and expressly disclaims any liability with respect to the content of any CCAC Content, including but not limited to errors or omissions contained therein, libel, infringement of rights of publicity, privacy, trademark rights, moral rights, or the disclosure of confidential information. Neither party shall be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the CCAC Content.
