Upholstery/Rug Shampoo
Dampen a sponge with alcohol and use a blotting motion to absorb the marker stain, changing the sponge as often as needed. Apply upholstery/rug shampoo according to the directions on the container. If stain remains, use Capture spot and soil remover according to the directions on the container. -

All Purpose Cleaner

Clorox Cleanup Spray Bottle
Wipe all stains with a whiteboard cleaner according to the directions on the container. If any stain remains, apply all purpose cleaner according to the directions on the container. If the stain persists, saturate a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol, blot the remaining stain and rinse. Or, you may use Clorox Clean-Up (spray bottle) according to the directions on the container. You may also try the following: Use another color dry-erase marker over the stain and wipe off while ink is still wet. Sometimes, using another color marker over the color, lifts the under color when erased.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: If whiteboard surface is porcelain, the dry-erase markers should erase easily. If the whiteboard surface is laminated, use the suggestion provided. NOT RECOMMENDED: Soft Scrub or any abrasive cleaner.

If the stain remains, dampen a sponge with alcohol and use a blotting motion to absorb the stain, changing the sponge as often as needed. Vacuum as much of the dry colored chalk stain from the fabric as possible. If stain remains, apply upholstery/rug shampoo according to the directions on the container. -
