Construction Paper
Glue
Craft Sticks
Pencil(s)
Yarn

Steps

Step 1

Sketch and cut out construction paper popsicle shape.
Step 2

Place popsicle shape on top of cardstock and trace.
Step 3

Draw wavy line across cardstock to create melting effect. Cut out.
Step 4

Glue cardstock to construction paper.
Step 5

Glue popsicle to craft stick.
Step 6

Glue long piece of yarn across back of popsicle. Let all glue steps dry 1–2 hours.
Step 7

Repeat steps 1–5 for more popsicles. Glue to yarn, dry 1–2 hours, and hang your cool banner!
