At Crayola, our goal is to delight children with fun and exciting new products that are made just for them. As part of our process in developing new products, it is important to get feedback from Parents and Kids to understand their needs and also what is appealing to them. Crayola strives to meet consumer expectations by ensuring the highest quality and introducing products that perform well.
"Children are the last candid audience left. They don't care what critics say and they will let you know immediately what delights and what bores them." Gian-Carlo Menotti
We would like to invite you and your child/ren to join our Crayola Advisory panel. As a panel member you may be called upon to participate in focus groups where you will have an opportunity to share your thoughts on various topics and/or test new product ideas to help us develop the best products for our kids.
To be a member of the Crayola Consumer Panel, children in the household must be 17 years or younger. Households of Crayola employees or immediate relations of Crayola employees, or employees of any other toy or children's art and stationery manufacturer are not eligible.
Throughout the year, Crayola will recruit Parents and/or Children to participate in focus groups to discuss consumer experiences & preferences or possibly try new product concepts to ensure Crayola delivers products that are fun & exciting for Kids while also meeting the expectations of Parents.
Note: Recruitment is based on specific project needs (i.e. age, gender, areas of interest)
Focus groups typically run 1 - 2 hours and are usually held at our Crayola facilities either in Forks or Palmer townships, Easton, PA. Participants must be willing to come to our facility for these discussions. Participants will receive an incentive for their time. (Exact incentive will be communicated when panelist is recruited.)
Please Click here to review the agreement and register your children ages 17 and under.
On your first visit to our facility you will be required to fill out a standard release form before participating in any focus groups or discussions.
Thank you for your interest!
